I'm Disy, wife, mama, lover of sport, the outdoors and adventure.

After learning to surf, the search began to find a locally made hooded towel that was 100% cotton, absorbent, quick drying and bit more FUN than the options out there. The struggle was real, which lead me to design and create one, and ta-daaa the LA ROCHE Apparel brand was born.

LA ROCHE was the name of my husband's family home in Llandudno. The Rock - the perfect name for our brand - solid, strong and stable.
